First is how to link your dna to your tree so you can get shared matches and see where you match up to that match. 

Step 1 go to your ancestry dna page.  There in the top right corner you will see the settings button click on that. (see the blue arrow right now says 0 shared matches that will change when you link your dna to your tree and also where you can click to find out how those matches are related to you)step 1 dna

Step 2 it will bring you up to this page there at the bottom left click the button Link to Tree.  

Step 3 it will bring you to this page where you pull down and click to your tree you would like your dna to be linked to.  Next you will type in the name of the person you want it to be linked to and hit link tree.

How to download dna results

How to download your dna so you can upload it to the other sites to see what other matches you can get.  Also you can upload it to get your medical dna with this.

Step 1 go to your ancestry dna page.  There in the top right corner you will see the settings button click on that.

Step 2 it will bring you up to this page and at the top right you will click the button download dna.

How to share your dna matches with someone.

Step 1 go to your ancestry dna page.  There in the top right corner you will see the settings button click on that.

Step 2 at the bottom right of the page click on add a person.

Step 3 enter person's email address and click Viewer.

How to get your medical dna with your ancestry results.

After you have downloaded your dna results from ancesty you can now upload them to https://promethease.com to get your medical dna results for $10.
